Senior leaders and directors are organizational decision makers. They can authorize changes to policies and programs, and designate resources to support psychological health and safety in the workplace.
Managers and supervisors can assess and control the psychological hazards that exist in their workplace. They implement the policies and programs enacted by senior leaders to protect employee mental health.
Workers and frontline staff carry out the day-to-day activities that generate organizational growth. They often recognize psychological hazards in the workplace before managers and senior leaders.

It begins with researching information from leaders in the field of OHS, Psychological Health and Safety, and Mental Health and Addictions. These include the CCOHS, CMHA, Workplace Strategies for Mental Health in the Workplace, Guarding Minds at Work, and the WCB of NS among others. The National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace is a primary resource, along with "Assembling the Pieces," it's implementation guide.
The research is curated to provide the most up-to-date and relevant information about the training topic. All workshops are designed with the adult learner in mind, therefore the content is direct and applicable to real workplace challenges. Psychological health and safety training should be a meaningful experience that will influence organizational change, and that is what we create.
